The family who runs this hotel is really adorable and they will make sure that everything is fine for you, they will help you if you need anything and they serve really good breakfast. You have the choice between English Breakfast and Sri Lankan breakfast, as we stayed for a week we could enjoy the both of them and we always loved it. The room is clean, there is still no hot water but it is not really cold so you still can enjoy a shower especially after a warm day at the beach, which is only at 2min by walk ! There is also a lot of restaurants near the place, and they can arrange you a tuktuk or a taxi if you need to go farther. I will recommend this place without any hesitation, it's really a good value.

We had a fun time cycling around Bentota and the local area on their push bikes. The guesthouse is across the road from the beach which is an added bonus. We have been in Sri Lanka for five weeks and can say that Nishanthi’s breakfasts are by far the best - a great introduction to Sri Lankan food. We will certainly recommend the guesthouse to all our friends & family.

I had a wonderful stay here. My room was big and comfortable and my balcony was overlooking Jaya's awesome garden and the jungle. Jaya was a wonderful host who showed me the shortcut to the beach, took my luggage to the train station and was always there to help. Breakfast was big and delicious. It was also no problem to get hot water or a plate and cutlery. Drinking water was always available. The location is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the town centre.
