There are many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of this apartment, and it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the beach area, shopping centres and the wonderful Colombo markets. Check in was an easy process with the on-site office. And Sanath who runs the 24 hour security of the building is just outstanding nothing was to much trouble for him, thank you Sanath. I would also like to say a special thank you to Jawfer the property manager and his team who we’re a pleasure to deal with, Jawfer went out of his way to give us so much information about the areas around Colombo. The two bedrooms appartment is on the top of the house and with the patio and the mezzanine, it is like a tiny house! So beautiful and cozy! We felt like at home. A lot of wardrobe if you stay several nights. The owner is very kind and friendly. He helped us a lot! It is very quiet and you can walk easier around for all amenities. The breakfast was georgous and so tasty!

A little difficult to find...it is behind a very plain facade, but once inside it was a modern and elegant oasis in the city. Very calming and comfortable lobby. Gamini,, the manager, was so hospitable. They will prepare (with notice) lunch and dinner and you can eat in your room or the dining room. Nice refreshing swimming pool...part of the reason I booked here. My ground floor room had a private walled garden with a bench...so romantic. The room was modern and spotless. They had the best towels, pillows, and blankets of my trip thus far. I hated to leave...but will be back
