My boyfriend celebrated his birthday and he arranged a cake with his name on. A few minutes drive into town (also possible to walk).

It offers amazing breakfast and a direct access to the beach. It is managed by the super kind Che who was always very attentive to help us organize a few things around the area. What we particularly loved about the hotel (apart from the amazing spacious rooms and the delicious (vegetarian) food) was that it is Che’s family home and has such a friendly and calming vibe :) it’s only a short walk to local restaurants and bars and Madiha’s main beach is also only a few minutes away. It’s a beautiful property and the beach access was good as well.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay! Every morning we were presented with the fully vegan version of the Sri Lankan breakfast option and it was extremely generous and delicious! There was something different every morning too. I would definitely stay here again, excellent location within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants around Weligama.
