He greeted us with a genuine smile, offering us a refreshing drink and sharing his knowledge of the local area. Throughout our time at Riad Dar Rabiaa, Abdul was always available to offer helpful tips, suggest things to see, and even help us navigate the Medina’s winding streets. The riad itself is a beautiful, tranquil space, with a mix of traditional Moroccan design and modern comforts. Our room was cozy and clean, offering a peaceful sanctuary after a day of exploring Rabat. The courtyard at the rooftop is a perfect place to relax, with lush greenery and a soothing ambiance. Our stay at Riad Dar Rabiaa was made all the more special by Abdul’s warmth and care. His thoughtful attention to detail made us feel like we were visiting family rather than staying in a hotel. The rooms at Dar Shâan feature air conditioning and a desk. We had an amazing time in Dar Shâan, a very beautiful and tastefully decorated hotel. The views from the rooftop are fantastic. Pity we only stayed one night. Staff is very welcoming and the location is excellent to see what Rabat has to offer.

Riad Amaris is situated in the centre of Rabat, a 12-minute walk from Kasbah of the Udayas. The traditional-style riad offers an original patio with a fountain, a glass ceiling and a furnished terrace with plants. Our room was absolutely beautiful, along with the rest of the riad. The location was excellent, a short walk from the Kasbah and Medina. Breakfast on the roof was the best during our time in Morocco. We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend Riad Amaris more highly! Thank you!

Dar Yanis is just a 5-minute walk from Rabat’s medina and the beach. It offers a shared lounge with a flat-screen TV and a library, as well as free mint tea and Moroccan pastries upon arrival.

The DAR YANIS riad is located in the heart of the medina, 50 meters from the main artery, Avenue Mohamed V, but quietly nestled in a small dead end; it is 5 minutes from the beach. We loved our stay here! The staff went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable (French is the language to use; not much English spoken). Breakfast was good and filling: coffee (or tea), a pastry, bread with jam or honey, and traditional Moroccan breads. The location is right in the heart of the Medina but we didn’t hear a sound at night. Lovely terrace. Highly recommended. We look forward to coming back soon.
