The building is decent and clean with nice quiet neighbors. The room is small, as a usual studio, yet spacy enough for 1-2 people on vacation.

First of all the host was very nice and helpful, not making any problems of a last minute additional person, and having prepared cold drinks for us before check-in which was much apreciated after a trip in 30+ degree French summer 😅 For the apartment there was just enough space for 4 people and it was clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped (we especially liked very good coffee maker). The location is perfect - you have everything you want in 10 min walk circle, i.e. train station, beach and old town.

Com acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e vista da cidade, Studio terrasse et parking privé situa-se em Nice. Everything was great, the apartment is small but you have everything you need and it is clean. If you are renting a car the garage is a very nice addition. We used it all the time. The neighbourhood is great and not far from the city centre. The only downside is the bed, it is a sofa bed and not very comfortable. Other than that we were very happy with our stay. The host was nice and helpful.
