Guesthouse is located about 3.5 k from Old Town & bus station but it’s a few min walk to Long beach This part of town has a more local feel with expats visiting their home town. there are private combi buses to & from Old Town. About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

If you’re heading to Ulcinj, this hotel is a must. One of the best experiences we’ve had!

We had a great stay! The host and their family were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt very welcomed. The apartaments were comfy , newly equipped with kitchen and also parking. The host were communicative and they informed me about everything. Liked my stay in Ulcinj , wonderful and sunny place!

Hands down the basest place we stayed on our 15 day road trip through the Balkans! The sunset was stunning and lasted for what felt like ever. They really thought of everything when building the cabin. The hot tub was piping hot and exactly what we needed after days of hiking. They have a restaurant that we didn’t know about beforehand but I highly suggest you get there in time to eat there. It is stunning and the food looks incredible. We had car troubles upon leaving and Damir and his dad helped us get the care we needed! They are truly the kindest family! We will 100 percent come back to this gem!
