Blue Horizon View queda aproximadamente a 2,9 km de Jardin des Cinq Sens y tiene alojamiento con vista al mar, una terraza y balcón. I loved this property. The view was absolutely fantastic and a joy to wake up to every morning. The house was in a lovely secluded position on the hillside and so well equipped from a fridge freezer, great coffee machine, excellent Wifi and so much more. The owner was so responsive by text and the lovely Melissa was on hand if I needed anything. She also cooked me the best meal I had on the island. There was a great little shop down the road and excellent local restaurant with a bus stop at the end of the track to get into town or to the beach or It was a 15 minute if you fancied the walk to Mourouk beach. I was a solo female traveller and felt very safe. I cannot wait to go back and can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you are wanting to experience a beautiful authentic island off the beaten track. This accommodation offers it all. The accommodation is very well equipped, we felt at home here. John gave us advice and help us for our stay. It’s very well located and gives you a beautiful view of Rodrigue lagoon.

Excellent Experience! Jean reached out to me before my arrival, providing invaluable information, including tips on car rentals and excursions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed—with a fridge stocked with snacks, which was a lovely touch! The location is perfect for nature lovers, offering a serene and idyllic setting. One of the most delightful surprises was the host’s thoughtful gesture—every morning, fresh baguettes and croissants were delivered right to our door for breakfast. I highly recommend Lily Pad Lodge and would definitely stay here again when visiting Rodrigues. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Great place with very nice view of the sea and nature, in a quiet location. The house is well equipped with everything needed for short/long stays, and it's very clean and modern. Jeanette and Phil were very welcoming, and we felt at home since we arrived. Port Sud can be reached by foot, as there's a direct trail towards it (not showing on Google Maps)
