We were impressed with the little things also, the fruit, eggs, milk, bread and other things for breakfast which are first class. You immediately feel at home away from home and Sebastien and Irma are amazing hosts. They really care about guests having a unique experience and were very responsive and gave great suggestions on what to visit in Campeche as well as restaurants. The experience though short will leave us thinking when can we come back?

The loft was clean , well located , and very comfortable, Sebastian made some suggestions for dining and arranged transportation. Overall we were very pleased. Perfect place to visit Campeche.

Narrativ Lofts - Serena is a wonderful accommodation in the perfect location to explore all the best of Campeche. Sebastián, the host, was extremely responsive to our every need, although we had few. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay. We especially appreciated the quality furnishings, comfortable beds, and premium linens. Even breakfast items (fruit, granola, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.) were there upon our arrival. I highly recommend Narrativ Lofts - Serena. You won't be disappointed!

Arturo Agueros was a wonderful manager of this hotel complex of wonderful rooms in a jungle like garden setting right off of route 186 in Xpujil--which is the closest town to three incredible Mayan archeological sites----Calakmul, Balumku and Becan. Arturo helped us arrange a reasonable cost driver and guide into Calakmul, Balumku and an incredible bat cave. (the bats eat the mosquitoes in the jungle). Arturo personally drove us to Becan and picked us up without a cost. He speaks good English. The room was spotless, cleaned daily and fresh purified water provided. The gardens were beautiful here -- one can sit on the porch or in a hammock and listen to birds in the early morning--heavenly. The Ado bus station is within walking distance to the hotel on the main road of 186 in Xpujil. We loved this place !!! The Cabanas are right on the beach, in a small complex which is very welcoming and friendly; lots of services like swimming pool, kayaks, balançoires. The food is also very good and the manager, Erick, is always there to help.
