The property is non-smoking and is set 6.6 km from AEON Mall Ipoh Station 18. Our host, Rachel, was very helpful. She sent us clear directions and photos via WhatsApp regarding where and how to get and return the keys. Their system is easy once you find the apartment guardhouse, so that should be a priority, since the guards can guide you thereafter. The apartment was uber-clean, very well-appointed with appliances and utensils, and best of all, so well located that we barely needed our car to get to the various eating and shopping spots. Most good eats were less than a kilometer away. It was also less than 20mins drive to the airport. My family enjoyed many hours in the apartment itself too. The great aircon, fans, hot water and kitchen made our stay really cosy and we felt very much at home!

If you want to eat there is a spacious room to eat with all the facilities needed. The location is really good the beach is 8 minutes away, there is a lot of restaurants around the neighbourhood and if you want to go somewhere else you can rent a scooter. The room was clean, and a special thank you for the staff and the owners who were adorable and very helpful! We really recommend this place and we will definitely come back
