Beautiful location with the petrified dunes as the back drop. The tents were private and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The food was absolutely excellent and the pool was so nice to sit next to during the heat of the day after our Sossusvlei adventures! We wished we could have stayed here longer!

The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

Unforgettable memories, amazing views, exceptional team, Engela and all the team did all their best to make our stay agreeable, we loved the place, chalet 203 is quiet and with privacy. The fox visited us each night and the birds gave the special touch. We ordered fresh food which was delicious, and also had dinner at the lodge from the same group, we can recommend, enough vegetarian options

Just a short walk away, you'll find a small pool with refreshingly cool and clear water – perfect for relaxing. We were warmly welcomed and felt completely at home during our stay.

The camping spots were quite far from each other so it was peaceful (we didn’t have to share the spot because we were the only ones). We saw a giraffe next to us in the morning!
