The spacious tent, beautifully located in the most scenic landscape. With very comfy beds and a very short walk or drive from the lodge. The pools and the restaurant at the lodge are excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Higly recommended as a place to stay near Sossusvlei.

The setting of the large, comfortable tents in the quiet of the desert; the fantastic dinner braai packs with venison steak, salad, home-made bread and even a dessert (as we were not set up for camping, we were given crockery to use for our meal); the swim in the fish pond/pool with mountains in the background; the long shared breakfast table, where we met interesting fellow travellers. The owner Anna and Ernst at reception, who were both lovely, and the beer in the fridge there which was always cold :). We are seriously considering going back there for a longer stay!

One night my neighbor tent mistakenly left their light on shining into my stargazing 🔭 and tent, these gentlemen awoke and kindly ensured the light was turned off! Beyond the accommodation was the 50th Birthday Celebrations the team gifted me with inclusive of special private table, huge chocolate delicious cake and deluxe musical experience 🤗

Located in Sesriem, in Namib Desert, Desert Camp offers luxurious self-catering units, with private bathrooms. Only 5 km away from Sossusvlei Lodge, it features an outdoor pool. I liked everything, there was a restaurant and bar if you wanted to be social but each room was also eqipped with its own kitchen/braai area. I loved the AC in the room and the beautiful view
