Breakfast is phenomenal, garden is awesome. There are cutest chickens and the bunnies. It’s a short bike ride to the old town and to a huge park where you can ride your bike or run/walk.

This is a beautiful property, well located near the centre of the town and on the waterfront. The house is themed on the history of a previous Röder and some fascinating documents and pictures are on display. Even the rooms are named after other members of the family, which is a nice touch. The host was amazing and couldn't do enough, being particularly helpful in securing our e-bikes in his garage. Breakfast was wonderful and eaten at a communal table with other guests, which is fully in keeping with the ambiance of the house and was most enjoyable.

I'm originally from the area so knew the location very well and it was perfect for me. For people not familiar with the area, it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station that takes you to Leiden or Haarlem. From there you can take connections to anywhere in the country. It is very close to all flower fields and easy access to motorways. Room was beautifully done out, all the facilities you might want/need. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I had to work when I was there and Wifi was good throughout.

The terrace and views beyond were breathtaking and we very much enjoying nature watching from inside and out. The host was very kind and welcoming, and prompt with communication. Wish we could have stayed much longer but hope to be back for another stay in the future.

Their friendly smiles and greetings whenever I crossed paths with them added a personal touch that I deeply appreciated. Great thanks to my country/soulmate Jan. All reception team deserves high praise. Every interaction with them was a pleasure, whether I was asking for local recommendations, or needing assistance with my stay and city taxes. Their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. I always felt valued and heard. The location of 348 Suites is also perfect, with easy access to historical centre, shops and restaurants, allowing me to explore The Hague comfortably. Overall, my stay at 348 Suites exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a place where both the accommodations and the people are top-notch, but that’s exactly what I experienced here.
