We had bad luck with the weather one of the days but didn’t even mind it because the place is so cozy. The setting is absolutely beautiful, you have great views over water and mountains. The owner is extraordinarily kind and generous, we felt very lucky to stay here the entire time.

Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking is available 70 metres away. The cozy Manor with the perfect Host was a nice break from the normal hotel/camping adventure. We stayed in a small room, but it was well-equipped and the shared bathroom was clean. It's worth mentioning the public lounge area on the second floor. The view was great. It was very comfortable to lie on a chair and read a book while looking at the view.

The island with the iconic, ochre yellow cabins in the middle of the Reine fjord, The island have been in the care of the Gylseth family for many generations. Pictured in countless commercials, postcards, tv shows and films, this is a destination that you will not easily forget. It was amazing in Sakrisøy Rorbuer, it couldn't be better. The furnishing is comfy, lovely and cuddly. We felt like home with all the candles and cute wooden wall covering. Most beautiful the location: we live in the Front semi-detached Rorbuer with direct view of the sea and mountains. Michael is a very friendly and responsible host.

The Lofot Aquarium is a 3-minute walk away. Cabin was charming and comfortable. Food/restaurant was great. Service was great, albeit not always present at the desk. You could track them down, though.
