It’s rare to find a place where the kitchen is not just for show—you can actually cook without having to buy every little thing from scratch (yes, even salt and oil are there!). It felt like someone had thought through what travelers really need or as our daughter said ‘the owners here think about people, not only money’. Ruben is the perfect host. He welcomed us warmly and showed us a beautiful new trail above Bergen that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. He also gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the area. We also really appreciated being able to charge our electric car for a symbolic price. The apartment has a lovely terrace where you can relax outside and enjoy the fresh air (weather permitting 😊), and if it gets too warm, there’s air conditioning inside to keep things comfortable. Thank you, Ruben, for everything—this place was a real highlight of our trip!

The property is non-smoking and is set 2.4 km from Møhlenpris Badeplass Beach. Very clean, beautifully decorated, centrally located, very spacious, well equipped, and everything went very well. Quite close to the grocery store which was very convenient for cooking our own meals.

Beautiful old house circa 1770 in a lovely part of Bergen…. Except when raining. (always)… right on bus stop !! Walkable to centre and easy bus Would really recommend to get out of hustle and bustle, supermarket 30m away, and fully equipped kitchen …. Very handy in Norway to be able to eat in !! Owners very approachable and helpful. One bus train ticket 40k to airport from near front door ! 6 aud 4 euro !!
