Offering an indoor pool and a fitness centre, Avani Metropolis Auckland Residences is 400 metres from Auckland Art Gallery and 400 metres from Skycity Auckland Convention Centre. The location was excellent as everything in the city center were in walking distance. The views were great, the room was clean and quite big. The service was excellent as we got early check-in without extra charge when our flight arrived very early in the day.

This is the perfect accommodation. Had a concert at Bruce Masons theatre and could walk. Apartment nice and clean, had everything we needed and more. The owners were awesome for communicating. Would highly recommend this property A+++

The apartment was great, excellent facilities and with everything we needed to a pleasant stay. Very well located, close to shopping centers and public transport. The apartment was very nicely decorated, comfortable and full of nice details. The host answered swiftly and kindly all of our requirements allowing an early check in. We would absolutely recommend this stay.

The bed, the aircon, bathroom, and amenities! Right on the harbour front near to the ferries. Only a 5 min walk to our favourite restaurant Oyster & Chop in the viaduct harbour and the rest of the CBD. The large corner terrace was incredible. Huge in size and perfect for each end of the day!

Next time we go to Auckland, this will be our first choice now. They have also provided everything we will need for our stay. The location is fantastic in Auckland city centre with shops, eateries and places of interest on your doorstep. The balcony has wonderful views of the harbour so you can sit and watch the ferries and boats and people come and go. It’s a great place to have breakfast in the morning and to have a drink in the evening. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay including a washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, hot tub and more. The shower works well and the bed is comfortable. There are little touches that make your stay special e.g. gorgeous toiletries and dressing gowns provided.
