I don't often write reveiws unless suitably impressed, The place was fantastic in every way. It was new, clean, beautifully decorated, the beds again were the most comfortable ever, with beautiful linen. The wifi and facilities were brilliant. This was a great place to explore Hastings and surrounding areas. A lovely home to come to after a day out. There is even a barbeque to use outside the doors, a lovely verandah to sit in the evenings and the huge doors open up on a hot evening. Very close to cafes and places to visit and not far from splash planet.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations lovely, warm and clean great location and was perfect for our big family with lots of space . This house is a new build and is modern with everything one shell ask for . Definitely recommend to others

Sea Breeze situa-se em frente à praia, em Napier, a 16 minutos a pé de Estádio McLean Park e a 800 m de Pania of the Reef Statue. Cozy and had lovely vibrant decor. The host was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The place was very clean and the breakfast provided had a good variety. It was only a short walk away from the beach and shops too.

This place was beautiful, clean, roomy and well equipped. The hosts were very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

You will want for nothing whilst being transferred back to a more genteel time of relaxing conversation with your hosts and other guests and relish in the time honored and valued traditions of fine living of a bygone era. The nightly evening turn down service w/chocolates accompanied by the silver tray of port wine was priceless. And all this a mere stones throw from the most exquisite historically preserved Deco town I can recall peppered w/wonderful restaurant choices. A most memorable visit!
