The spacious tents with toilet snd shower were very comfortable. We could walk the dune from our tent to watch sunrise. We took up sunset dunebashing and camel ride options.

This place is excellent. A beautiful Omani-style house is close to the wadi. Huge suite bedrooms with a private bathroom, three different terraces, a swimming pool, and a place for kids to play. The location is quiet and calm, surrounded by mountains on the way to Wadi. At night, there is not much light pollution, so it is easy to watch the stars. There is a kitchen in case you want to cook something or have breakfast. I highly recommend this place. It is a perfect place to stay longer and relax after several days of a road trip. The owner waited for us, and he was very attentive, always fast-responding, and gave good advice and tips on what to visit..

We loved our 1-night stay so much that I’m absolutely sure we’ll return for a longer one in the future! The tent was very clean, large and comfortable! Food was the best we had in the whole trip and the surrounding area very beautiful. Bader was such a great host, answering all of our questions and telling about the local traditions and way of life. The best part was the campfire at night after dinner with singing. Absolutely amazing!! The whole experience was magnificent! We also stayed in another camp that was significantly more expensive and I must say that Arab Desert Camp was by far the better option.

Located within 2.5 km of Al Hadd Beach and 400 metres of Al Hadd Fort, Salem Fish Guest House provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Al Ḩadd. We had the most wonderful stay with Salem. We immediately felt welcome and at home through Salem and Sanoos’s amazing hospitality - from constantly offering us chai and coffee to helping us with our laundry (which was so above and beyond - thank you Sanoos). Salem took us to the beach our first night which ended up being a magical experience - fishing for huge tuna out of the back of his boat with his brother, Walid, at sunset. We had the BBQ dinner with the fish we caught (must do) which was the freshest fish we’ve ever eaten! The next day, we had such an amazing time snorkeling with turtles (it was unbelievable), spotting them in the sea, and swimming in a calm cove. Easily one of our favorite experiences in Oman and our best stay in Oman. We will be back! Shokran, Salem!

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. It was a wonderful stay! The weather allowed us to sleep outside looking at the stars ,which was amazing. Food was great and everyone was very hospitable. Everything was prepared for our comfort . The location is great,we saw goats and camels walking in the desert and enjoyed silence and peace.
