Ali and his family were very warm and welcome. They explained to us about the life of the Bedouin and we had an insightful discussion about the Omani culture. The place is super serene, magical full of stars in the evening. The food was great and delicious including the breakfast as well. Ali is a great host and we would come back and visit again for sure.

You felt like you were all alone but the staff just showed up just in time for what ever you needed. Lovely staff! The drive there was amazing. Recommend driving on your own with a 4x4

Amazing campsite, friendly and very nice staff. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Super fancy and clean tents. I loved every moment I spent there. Very recommended the dune buggy activity and the sandboard! Thanks again

Everything is perfect!! The tent is very spacious and clean! The whole camp site is far from other camps so we can enjoy star gazing without any light disturbance. The dinner and breakfast are both very delicious, we do not expect such high quality food in the middle of the desert, they even taste better than those we had in Muscat! Most importantly, the owner Rashid is super friendly, we totally feel the hospitality of Omani people!! We highly recommend you to choose this camp if you can coming to Bidiyah!!

What made my stay even more special was the way he surprised me for my birthday. He arranged a small celebration in his beautiful traditional tent, surrounded by other guests, creating such a heartfelt and touching moment that I will never forget. The staff at the guest house were also exceptional, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. The environment is peaceful, beautifully set. One of the highlights of my stay was the boat trip organized by Salem, where we had the chance to see dolphins in their natural habitat. It was magical and truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. If you’re considering booking a stay at Salem’s, don’t hesitate for a second. Whether you’re looking for adventure, connection, or peaceful beauty, you’ll find it all here. First and foremost thing to mention is the host Said brother is really a very humble and funny person...He will make the trip memorable. His hospitality is best we ever received anywhere else. The location is isolated and awesome. Camp, toilet, dining area is clean.

I only have love for this place. It’s a beautiful property straight on the beach which was basically like a private beach during our whole 4day stay. I definitely recommend the seaview room (unless you’re on a very tight budget) - it’s just a tiny bit more expensive than other rooms, but never before have I had such an excellent view (floor to ceiling corner windows make up two walls of the room). This place can easily compete with resorts (and win). The owner (and staff in general) was super friendly and gave us great tips on visiting local sights. Breakfast was amazing. The location was ideal for visiting beaches, wadis and Bimmah sinkhole by car and there were enough cafes within a 10min drive. Wadi Shab was basically just a walk away.
