I stayed at the desert camp for one night on my own, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. The camp itself was beautifully set up – very clean, peaceful, and with a truly magical atmosphere under the stars. What made the experience even more special was the amazing driver and guide, Ali. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. His passion for the desert and local culture really came through, and he made sure everything was perfect. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely – just completely relaxed and in awe of the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience! And the food was really nice too.

The Bedouin people were so nice and friendly. The hospitality and vibe were great. We felt so welcome and warm. The food was amazing! Unbelievable to shower in the middle of the desert.

Location of the desert was excellent! Rashid is a fantastic host. He cares to meet us at a designated place to take us in to his camp! Both dinner and breakfast was excellent. He even offered to drive us to an excellent spot to watch sunset upon our arrival and fetch us back immediately after the sun has setted as promised!. We would definitely highly recommend friends and family to stay in his camp. We rate the location of his desert 10/10 with beautiful sand dunes around! excellent and enjoyable stay in Rashid camp with great hospitality by Rashid!

A beautiful Omani-style house is close to the wadi. Huge suite bedrooms with a private bathroom, three different terraces, a swimming pool, and a place for kids to play. The location is quiet and calm, surrounded by mountains on the way to Wadi. At night, there is not much light pollution, so it is easy to watch the stars. There is a kitchen in case you want to cook something or have breakfast. I highly recommend this place. It is a perfect place to stay longer and relax after several days of a road trip. The owner waited for us, and he was very attentive, always fast-responding, and gave good advice and tips on what to visit..

Such a great experience - a lovely secluded spot in the desert out of sight of other camps. The highlight was the evening around the campfire with cardamom tea, Bedouin music, and learning about the Bedouin who live in this desert. Badr was very helpful and told us loads of interesting things about the desert and the people who lived here. The tents have cold running water from a tank on the top of a sand dune, and there is electricity during the day from solar panels - so charge any devices you need before dinner!

Salem and the workers are super friendly. The chill atmosphere in the guest house is brilliant. Beds are super comfy, and rooms have all the right features! They run a snorkelling excursion where we swam with turtles and saw many dolphins, and it’s close to raz al jinz if you want to see turtles at night. Food was also homemade and amazing :)
