We were welcomed by the kindest hosts we ever met, Ayled and Gilberto are very friendly and helped us a lot. The view from the house is phenomenal (overlooking the valley). It is peaceful and quiet. The room was amazing, especially the view. We could also use the well equipped kitchen to prepare food which helped a lot. The tap water (drinkable, filtered) comes from the mountain and tastes great.

The shower had hot water, which was wonderful considering our last place didn’t. The home is beautiful, with a very large dining table. There’s an outdoor area, too. We didn’t really make use of it, but it was nice. It was a block from the main street and a short walk to laundry. Laura and Sergio were so friendly and accommodating. They told us how to get to a trail we wanted to hike, and where to see the best view of the sunset. They gave us recommendations for restaurants, too. We even had a great game of Dutch Blitz with Sergio (he won…beginner’s luck 😉😆). The breeze coming through the windows was so refreshing. We appreciated the use of the main area and the fridge. There were other guests there but we didn’t really see or hear them. It was very quiet and serene. The grounds are very pretty, and you can’t beat the setting, with mountains all around. It was a great stay! I would definitely stay here again. 100%. Valle de Anton is my favourite place so far.

T and T was a great get-away with wonderful hosts, great breakfasts, and terrific location on the beach with little tables and chairs where you could sit and read without getting all sandy. We really liked the communal feel while having privacy in our air-conditioned room. We had a private bathroom outside our room. Wine, beer, and snacks were available basically at cost so very convenient. Water available and a fridge. The ocean water was great for swimming and floating with mild waves and a sandy bottom. Pascal offered a great massage and Vincent good humor. Restaurant and beach bar right next door that you can reach by sand or by road. Value was excellent.

We were tucked away with our private garden with a couple of adirondack chairs to enjoy the fresh air and views of surrounding mountains. The kitchen looked well stocked, but we didn't use it since we were there for only 1 night. Warm water in the bathroom and good water pressure. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer...but we will be back when we have more time. The host was very kind and helpful...she even helped me carry my bags to the room since I have to use a cane to walk.

Located in Valle de Anton, 45 km from Santa Clara, Casa Grimaldo provides a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Super nice garden with alot of wildlife and a nice pool - everything is made and maintained with alot love and care. The service is great! It is a place well worth its money and amazing if you want to chill out after a long hiking day by yourself in a very cozy nature environment

Lizneth was a very resourceful and kind host and she made us feel at home. The bedroom was very comfortable and our breakfast, whilst simple, was very good and it replenished our energy after a long night of hard-partying. Lizneth also has birds! Don’t really know how that’s relevant but having breakfast while listening at the birds chirping was nice too haha.

The place gave us a very relaxing atmosphere, We actually had the beach for ourselves .It is a very private and quite place . You have to cross the street to get to the beach but this is a non issue since it is a private narrow street for the residents only. Breakfast is basic but I expected to get this kind of breakfast here. The room is good and specious , shower is very good , A/C is very good . One of the staff persons cleaned up and set up the beds on a daily basis. The owners and the staff were very helpful regarding any question we asked.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Communication with the host perfect. A big but kind of empty resort. Nice beaches and restaurants.
