We checked out at 4:15 am and they even provided a breakfast. Top place! The only downside is that we only stayed for 1 night 🙂

The local-flavored decor added an authentic touch, much appreciated by everyone in the group.A standout feature of Hostería de Anita was its spacious courtyard. This serene and beautifully landscaped area provided a perfect setting for our group to relax and socialize after a day of touring. The peaceful ambiance of the courtyard was a refreshing retreat in the heart of our travels.The location of Hostería de Anita was ideal, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and activities, which greatly benefited our group itinerary.In conclusion, the service, accommodation, and especially the spacious courtyard of Hostería de Anita make it an exemplary choice for group travel. Our experience was seamless, and I highly recommend it to any tour agency seeking quality and comfort. We left with fond memories and look forward to our next visit.

Featuring mountain views, Refugio de Mery Lucmabamba offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 19 km from Machu Picchu Historic Sanctuary. This bed and breakfast is 19 km from Manuel Chavez Ballon Museum. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Huayna Picchu is 17 km away. Mery was incredibly kind and welcoming, the location was wonderful, truly paradise on earth. The rooms were spacious with their own bathroom, and we got our own towels (quite a luxury for a Salkantay Trek refugio). We really enjoyed the coffee experience offered, it was super educational and fun, one of my favourite experiences of the whole trip. The food was INCREDIBLE, the best we had during our trek by far. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely go back some day.
