Perfect location in a quiet street in Miraflores, just 5 minutes away from the sea views. The staff welcomed us like we were coming home - they spoke good English, showed us a map around the city, were flexible with what currency you pay in, and cooked us a really delicious breakfast each morning. Also, they upgraded us to a room with a private bathroom without even having to ask. The room was comfy and clean. And for that price - it’s a no brainer to stay here! There is a very nice patio/backyard where you can enjoy your breakfast or just hang out.

The location is amazing. I had everyhing I need for my stay, even a small kitchen that was in a shared use with the owner's family.

Close to the old center, a few minutes walk, for me it was a great location. The place is clean, gives a feeling of home, the landlady is nice and helps in everything possible, gives the feeling that she is always here for the benefit of the guests. I just mentioned that there was a problem with the shower and after ten minutes they replaced the shower head with a new one.

It's conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the center of Miraflores. Highly recommended.

Matty House is really excellent for people to stay. The owner took me carefully for every thing. I planed to leave lodging little bit later due to my earlier flight, however the owner reminded me to leave half hour earlier after she checked my flight schedule. Unless I should have missed my flight today. The room is very clean, and all facilities are nice, which made me a very good stay. The price is very reasonable, especially by comparing it with all the facilities and services offered by the House. I promise that I will be backagain.

A safe neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the center of town, with restaurants and shops. Quieter than Miraflores, buses and taxis to take you there. Augusto y Aida were very nice and accommodating and a good value!
