The property has a cozy room, good utensila and equipment, incl. a washing machine, good wifi, good aircon, private parking spot, nice tour options and good local advice. And not to forget the meals - his breakfast and dinner were prepared and served in a professional, tasteful manner, it is a must to try (Fred is a pro cook btw). We also loved the private swimming pool. The guest bungalow is properly separated, gives enough privacy. Fred has a very useful and efficient alarm system - his dogs. If you dont rent a car, Fred offers the pickup from the port of the airport and has some vehicles for rent as well. The property is easy to find and is situated in a calm neighbourhood. He also offers some complimentary water to the guests, nice gesture.

There are 3 houses, all of them are the same. We stayed at Lokai House 2. This place is all you need, it comes with all you need! Full kitchen, private bathroom, private parking, nice front yard and terrace, AC, bikes to rent, is very safe, quiet and you have a privacy! It was a blast for our family with two small boys! It’s rainy season, but no mosquitos at this place! You probably need a car, but it’s walkable to the ferry and supermarket. By car everything is close and you can move fast to the points of interest anywhere on the island. The owner and his family are welcoming and responded to our messages almost instantly. We will definitely stay here again, is the perfect place to explore Bora Bora!

We had a problem on the island when we were no longer staying at the property and Aurore was ready to help us even though we not her guests anymore. I will definitely stay here and recommend to anyone traveling to Bora bora!

It was very close to the local stores, restaurants and the most beautiful beach. It was very clean and well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and nice. Truly, we had the best time ever, can't wait to come back to paradise.

It was close to the beach and you even had a terrace view on the beach, the Host was the most amazing ever, rarely find such nice people nowadays, everything was clean, the breakfast amazing and all in all the whole experience was just perfect, would definitely recommend it.

Firstly Ingrid and Olivier were fantastic hosts, very friendly but not imposing, and were extremely helpful when we had trouble with late luggage deliveries and ordering taxis and other small things. The location is in the Matira Beach district of Bora Bora, a short walk to the beautiful public beach and several restaurants and beach front bar/cafes within 10 min walk. It is also very close to the MaiTai jetty where a lot of water activities can happen and Matira Point where there is a hire place and tours for jetskis. The property is just a few metres from Tiare market which is a small grocery store with most small grocery items available as well as a decent selection of wine (at Bora Bora prices of course!). The bread and french pastries from the market are magnificent but you need to arrive early to get some as they seem to be hottest items on the island! You will not go hungry or thirsty with the market so close. The villa is beautiful - very new, with modern appliances and well equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a beautiful alfresco outdoor space next to the pool. The pool is fantastic, perfect way to start and end the day! The three bedrooms are very spacious with king size beds and the bathrooms are modern and tasteful. It is also very secure, we never felt at all like there was a problem - all the locals were very friendly, and say hello.
