We loved everything, the condo unit was so nicely decorated and equipped, amazing views, beach nearby, staying away from touristic crowds. pool was amazing too ,not fancy and very simple, most amazing thing about it was we were many times the only guests using it. Also washing machine that my girlfriend really enjoyed using and ps3 with so many games was very nice addition. And balcony is just perfect with views. Best place if you want to see the amazing beauty of Boracay and at the same time escape the crowds.

Great ocean view from terrace and one of rooms. Great host, Crystal, also her team on site - Andji, she was really helpful. Every 3 day Andji made full cleaning and changed all staff. Very comfortable variant for 2 families - up to 8 people can live together. Only 300 metres to the calm 3rd station beach.

This place is absolutely perfect for a family, couple or even a group. You will wake up to a sunrise every morning to start of the perfect day. It's out the way off tourist and very near 2 magical beaches even they are peaceful. The alta vista by David is a very top place to rest your head. Cheaper that the tourist areas and also so much space in the living quatre. 2 large double beds, and can't sleep 2 downstairs on the settee. This is our 2nd time here staying in this apartment. We will come back time and time again. What people don't know about boracay is that there is MONKEYS and the come to your balcony every single morning so make sure you have lots of food for them to enjoy feeding them. The staff in the resort of the apartment are also very nice, attentive and well organised. We would love to even buy an apartment in alta vista in the future, you will say WOW so many times. The security are right on top of there job and don't let anything fall out of place. The caretaker is so nice and sweet and goes above and beyond for you. She is just a message away at anytime. it has all the amenities you need and the laundry is near buy also. Owned by a Scottish person you can expect a great quality of living. They will help you hire a motorcycle and take right good care of you always with full respect. I LOVE THIS APARTMENT so quiet away from the tourist traps and busy areas. Trust me when I tell you... The space, bathroom in every room, kitchen available G/F and 1/F, location, view, extremely close to the beach, palm trees, little bar next door where food and drinks were very good, amaszing beach house. I would come back again soon! Lovely !

First of all, we had such a warm greeting by the staff, especially Rosebie, she was responsible for taking good care of us. She did an excellent job making sure that we were having a great time and responded to our requests on WhatsApp almost instantly. Conditions and interior of each room and common space, balcony, infinity pool etc. were all so amazing. The view is great by the way. We constantly spoke about what great choice we made by booking here. Some reviews say that it is hard to find an e-trike, but Rosebie helped us reserve every time if we just request 30~45 mins in advance, so we had no trouble getting to Astoria in time for the island hopping or for just getting to dmall or checking out. Getting back also was not an issue as drivers all knew One Hagdan. Lastly I felt very bad because we lost the main door key.. but Rosebie handled the situation warmly.
