We found the place impeccably clean and everything was functional. The host he was always very helpful, kind and answered the phone for any inquiries we had. The location was fantastic as there were many shops nearby without the need of the car. Despite some traffic on the main road, the estate was in a side road, thus silent and peaceful.

We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.
