Featuring 4-star accommodation, Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels is located in Porto Moniz, 100 metres from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools and 40 km from Girao Cape. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The aparthotel provides a sauna and a 24-hour front desk. Place was lovely, very modern clean rooms, everyday cleaning service, air conditioner. We’ve been welcomed with sparkling wine and left with goodbye gift. If you have a birthday, you may count on a sweet surprise. There was a mini bar, kitchen with microwave and electric plate and small fridge, also espresso maker with excellent quality of coffee, kitchen utensils allowed for some cooking. The view showed surrounding hotel and ocean in the distance. I really enjoyed the 2 min. walk to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast because the view is amazing from there. The breakfast offered wide variety of products and meals, with porridge and some things for sandwich ( cheese, ham or marmalade/nuttella, home-made yogurt). There were also couple of positions a la carte and lots of sweet options. Coffee was also of great quality. I can’t comment on most of the meals because I am vegan and none of the meals a la carte was vegan, also it was possible to eat a sandwich only with marmalade or tomato/pepper for me the rest was just cheese and ham. I saw many people including my partner enjoyed that a lot, but if you are following vegan diet it may be cheaper to skip the breakfast option and buy yourself pack of oats and fruits because coffee is in the room anyway. However, the restaurant view was outstanding and I quite enjoyed that restaurant anyway. They always had a plant based milk so at least a porridge and fresh maracuja. The roof jacuzzi looked autor louring but I didn’t used it, bathing robes are included though as well as a daily ticket to natural swimming pools. We preferred a bit more the cachalote pools that were nearby so didn’t use the it but is is a very nice option closer to the hotel. The hotel also offers spa and massage if someone wish, as well as a little cowork area if you work remotely. WiFi was also excellent. In general, it was excellent and I would totally recommend to everyone to stay there.

The hotel was spotless and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and considerate, I hope to see you next year again, thank you!

The rooms come with a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A balcony or patio are featured in certain rooms. Every room includes a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Location was perfect - city center, a lot of restaurants in surroundings, room was clean and silent, staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Casa Da Piedade’s rooms feature wood furniture, as well as a TV and telephone. Each private bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Everything was just wonderful!! Nice view, comfy bed and good breakfast!

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Machico, Vale dos Ilhéus is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. The property features a garden, barbecue facilities and parking on-site among other facilities. With city views, this accommodation features a patio. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the sea and mountain. The host is very nice and caring, the room was clean and comfortable, beautiful garden with a view over Machico, well equipped shared kitchen.

Situated in Funchal, within 2 km of Almirante Reis Beach and 3.8 km of Marina do Funchal, Quinta São Gonçalo features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The property has sea and garden views, and is 17 km from Girao Cape. Quinta do Palheiro Ferreiro is 2.5 km away and Palheiro Golfe is 3.5 km from the bed and breakfast. We stayed in the room with the balcony and we really enjoyed our stay. Pedro, a member of the hotel staff, contacted me beforehand via whatsapp, as we arrived on a Sunday and had to do our own check-in. It was all really well explained and he even arranged that our room would be ready earlier. We felt very welcomed from the beginning. The Quinta is a beautiful place, we really enjoyed that it was so quiet and that we had a breeze and stunning view from the balcony. Walking to Funchal is very easy, you can also get a Bolt which was between 5 to 10 Euros. Also the bus is very convenient, only that it doesn't pass by so often (once per hour on average). We also liked the breakfast with the varying fruit and some days we got typical portuguese pastry. We would highly recommend staying at the Quinta!

Ocean Paradise do Til is situated in the Imaculado Coracao de Maria district of Funchal, 1.5 km from Marina do Funchal, 13 km from Girao Cape and 40 km from Santana's Traditional Houses. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.7 km from Almirante Reis Beach. Great amenities and flexible employee (we arrived late because we did not know our way in the region, but the employee meeting us was very lenient. The only thing was the noise outside, but I dont think it was particular to this apartment but more of a city thing. With the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, would absolutely recommend!

Property is well located and has amazing sunset views. The host was really helpful and the property was clean and tidy everyday. All the appliances were new and worked perfectly.
