Roland was a very gracious host and made us feel very welcome ! The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay and was very thoughtfully furnished . The view and the pool completed the package. One does need a car , but with a car most attractions are just a short drive away Our only regret was not staying there longer!

Accommodation in a relatively quiet location offers spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped apartments. The apartment has everything you need, plus perfectly tidy and clean. The terrace is pleasant to laze on. There are also towels for the beach, which is just "across the road" (the water is shallow for a long time, but extremely warm - there are fish and rays). Mrs Sylvia is wonderful, and professional and will accommodate all your requests and needs if possible. We agree with all the previous reviews - everything is really as it should be. We liked it here and would love to come back!

We were happy to spend the first half of our vacation in this wonderful place! Michael and Carol are very responsible, tactful, hardworking, and hospitable... we can go on with this list endlessly. They are excellent and friendly hosts, hard to find better! Everything was done for our comfort, and even more! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of good wine, basic necessities, and other nice little things that are indispensable. On Saturday, my husband and I were treated to a wonderful private dinner! There were many pleasant surprises. Special thanks for that. The apartments are stylish, everything is tastefully done, and the pool is very clean. It was nice to refresh in it after walking on hot days. A 15-minute walk to the right there are 2 small and secluded beaches, we fell in love with them. To the left is the famous Beau Vallon with cafes and restaurants. The location is excellent. Now we are in the southern part of Mahe, but we liked the northern part even more! It was more compact and cozy for us. We spent an unforgettable week and we will always remember this time with special warmth. Thank you for taking care of us! We already miss it. And if the opportunity to fly to the Seychelles comes again, the choice is obvious. Michael and Carol, we wish you prosperity, success, and good guests!

Paul and his mom were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The apartment was new and extremely clean with a spacious balcony to enjoy the great view from. It is located sort of in the mountains, but it’s very close to plenty of beautiful beaches. There is a nice supermarket a few minutes away on foot, and other grocery stores, restaurants and takeaways are in close proximity.

Nằm chỉ cách Victoria Clock Tower 4 km, Otantik Residence cung cấp chỗ nghỉ ở Victoria với sân hiên, tiện nghi BBQ, cũng như quầy lễ tân 24 giờ. Otantik residence honestly exceeded our expectations. It is easily one of the best accommodation in Mahe Island. Lets start with the apartment- bathroom, kitchen, balcony, and bedroom is spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need. It was basically home away from home. The room is cleaned every 2 days, and we were provided with clean towels every 2 days as well. Location is brilliant as the apartment is close to many of the attractions we wanted to see, including the botanical garden, Copolia trail, Morne Seychelles National Park, Sir Selwyn-Clarke Market etc. My wife and I basically walked to see the attractions places and to the market for foodstuffs. If you don't want to walk, you can always take the bus, which is literally a 2 minutes walk from the residence. We had an amazing view from the balcony and nice breeze. The owners, Janet and Benjamin are simply amazing. They are very helpful, friendly, welcoming, and kind. Benjamin checked up on us often and showed us the shortcuts, ways to get around, and generously gave us a ride anytime we needed a ride/pick up. It was that good that we wanted to stay there for the entire duration of our stay, i.e for a month, unfortunately, the subsequent days were already booked by someone else. We will definitely go back to Otantik when we come to Seychelles and 100% highly recommend Otantik residence to anyone coming to Seychelles.

We stayed 7 days in the flat "Albizia", the largest of the three apartments. The flat is located in Ansé Royal, in the southeast of the island (10km from the Airport, 20km from Victoria). It is literally inside the forest/forest but 500/600 m from the local beach of Anse Royal. A little further away is Fayriland beach, which was the one we visited the most during our stay, as it has almost no waves and you can see a lot of fish when snorkeling. It's a quiet beach that has nothing to envy to others. The flat is great, large, well decorated and has everything you need. It was clean on arrival and was cleaned daily by the owners. We had breakfast and dinner there most of the time. There is a supermarket (Chopshop) nearby where you can buy whatever you need. Fruit is best bought at the local stalls. Lise, the hostess, always makes sure that her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. She herself prepared a dinner for all the guests with local food, which was a real luxury. She also allowed us to make a late check-out. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. If I return to the Seychelles, I know where to come back.
