Rooms include a balcony with mountain views. Apartment was new and looked fantastic at first sight, but unfortunately had several defects. Beds were hard.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a peaceful retreat in a phenomenal area. The city is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away by car, and the lake is easily accessible either by walking or driving. This is a place we will always remember fondly and highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The outdoor seating area was the highlight of the apartment for me.

Cornelia has a lot to tell, experienced, has been travelling around, very creative and social, she is Mrs Smile and so kind.

It was super cozy and everything clean and the kitchen was well equipped, so I felt very comfortable and the owner/ hosts are such a nice and lovely couple! Located within 1 km of Åre Train Station and 1 km of Åre Torg in Åre, Mårtenlien Ski in Ski Out VM8 offers accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We visited Åre for a week to ski in early April. The hosts were very flexible with the arrival time and communication was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped for home cooked meals. Remember to bring your own linens but you can also rent them from the host. MårtenLiens Gård is a walking distance away from the VM8 ski lift but unfortunately for us, there was no snow in the valley so we coudn't ski-in/ski-out. It is also a walking distance away from the the town with all the shops and restaurants. We had a rental car so having a car park was great.
