The Apartment hotel has exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

I slept very well, which is often not the case at certain accommodations. Although we did not meet the host in person, she provided detailed information and appeared very kind in her messages. Location is excellent, just bellow the ski slope. Unfortunately for us the slope and the ski park was closed due to lack of snow. But that's something nobody can predict. We travelled for an hour to higher ground ie Rohace. No big deal. We really enjoyed our stay here and won't hesitate to book again if we come back. We didn't get time to test the sauna. Kids loved the smart tv as they could watch all their favorite Netlix and Disney+ programmes. Husband was very impressed with the WiFi speed.

The staff were fabulous to us, literally saving us by helping us deal with our car stuck somewhere off-road on mis-navigated route to the accommodation. The place itself is a brand new mountain house with modern equipment, very cozy and close to the city. I definitely recommend the place to anyone who ever comes to Slovakian Tatry. Everything was truly top class.
