This place is amazing, the location is flawless, with nature everywhere and the permanent sound of the cascade which makes it very special. We stayed in one of the bungalows which had two nice bedrooms and a big bathroom; it also had a big terrace with a hammock and some sofas to chill. The place also has a pool which is very convenient to refresh and relax in order to beat the heat. The staff was very nice and they can make you dinner if requested in advance, very tasty dishes. We totally recommend this place, we will be back!

We were also helped to organise a tour with a guide in Obo park starting from Jardim Botanico. All in all, I would surely stay again in Roça Saudade

This is a budget accommodation so keep your expectations realistic. The room is basic, but clean. Very good AC. Comfortable bed. Can not fault it at all for this standard of accommodation. Breakfast is served in a roof top veranda. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the fruit served was just amazing! Free pick-up from the airport is a real bonus! The host was very helpful to assist in changing money in town and to rent a car as well. The host was always accessible via a WhatsApp if needed. Very good WIFI in the room. From here we walked in to town (bars, seafront) in 5min max. There is a shop downstairs so you can pick up few items if needed. What not to like.

I stayed for one night. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. The guesthouse also arranged an airport collection for me and the driver was waiting for me with a sign. This was such great value for money and I will be recommending to anyone I meet who is planning to travel to Sao Tome.

By far the best hotel in the whole country. There is nothing missing, the service is wonderful, the location is top notch. Highly recommended
