This holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 2 bathrooms equipped with a bidet. The property has an outdoor dining area. It was a house with three bedrooms for our family of four. There was enough of space for all of us, the location was good, just 4 minutes away from the pier to walk. Easy to reach everywhere, 5 minutes away from the beach. The owner was very friendly and nice.

Incredible location, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pier in the opposite direction. Right next to a really popular restaurant, Banana Bar, with plenty more just a stone’s throw away. Noise levels will always depend on the neighbours you get (we were lucky and it was super quiet), but you definitely won’t hear anything from the main road! Amenities all supplied, including a microwave and plenty of plates/cutlery. Good temperature and water pressure in the shower, air con was perfect. For an island stay this had absolutely everything we needed. Our host was so, so helpful. My dad cut his finger open and she showed up on her bike to take him to the clinic and then came back to get me. She asked on our first day when the best day and time for cleaning would be, and when we cancelled the cleaning she still brought toilet rolls and clean towels for us and left them outside. It was our first time on the island as we wanted to see if we liked it, and having this place as our base definitely helped us relax in a new environment and is part of the reason we’re looking forward to returning.

Among the facilities at this property are private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Fantastic space. Large, private, comfy. Really beautifully decorated to make you feel like you were in a cosy and unique space. Host really responsive and kind. It had plenty of drinking water available, and I loved their focus on sustainability, eg. Recycling and reusable water bottles.

The guest house has family rooms. We had a Bungalow right by the water and I’ve never slept so close to the ocean. Beautiful location and very nice, relatively cheap restaurant as well.

The location was great because it was close to the ocean, and there were separate towels and slippers in the room, so it was convenient to go swimming. If I go back, I would definitely book the same accommodation.

We had a great time at Samed Big Tree, Tony's family has a contagious energy that floods your day with positivity, enriching your holiday. I really recommend to everyone if you are in Koh Samet, stay at Samed Big Tree.

This guest house features a daily housekeeping service for added convenience. Everything was great, perfect Bungalow and the bed was excellent. Very friendly staff and not bad to have privat beach.

Great location, set back of Main Street but so close to street and beach. We rented bikes and drove around the island each day - great stay
