The location is very good as it’s close to the action, but just far enough away to not be noisy. Our favourite thing about this property is how clean it is. You won’t find a cleaner, tidier place to stay on Lipe.

I was searching for a place where I could feel at home, quiet and immersed in the green . And it was all this and more. Fon and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. The bike that they offer for free allowed me to explore the area since I couldn't rent a scooter. The apartment is bright, very peaceful and clean. The bathroom is shared but only with just another room. To be able to use the kitchen was definitely a big plus for me. Even though I have to say that the restaurant they have on location prepared delicious local dishes. Also, as a bonus, across the road there is a laundromat, which was also a nice surprise. I can't wait to come back here.

The house has two bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 extra single beds. There’s a TV in each room as well as in the living room. The decoration is modern and beautiful, everything was clean and comfortable.

The front waterfront is very active with locals fishing, or bringing their boats in and out. Quite fascinating to watch from your own waterfront balcony. The daily breakfast is amazing.. presentation is way above the norm. Almost too pretty to eat! :D Despite the buzzy waterfront the rooms are very quiet.. Staying here at least one night (or two) is an experience anyone passing through the area should consider. Rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. They have done a really great job at creating such a cool little place to stay.

Great place to stay on beautiful Koh Lipe. Manager met us at water taxi and directed us to house, which was situated right on the beach, clean and comfortable. the AC's in the bedrooms worked, spotless bathrooms, hot water, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Would stay again on our next trip.
