So cosy and every detail was pretty It’s in the center of tozeur and everything is close by, next to all entertainment facilities , Appreciated the warm welcome and hospitality of Ines who made us feel like home and suggested several places and activities. She even had to wait for us till 12:00am for a late checkin , I initially told her we would arrive by 9pm but due to delay in the trip we arrived at midnight, she was very understanding and provided tips about the road and where we can eat since it was very late. She gave us recommendations on where to buy dates from and souvenirs. The house was very clean which I really appreciated, all amenities available and she provided an amenity as Soon as we asked for it.

This is THE PLACE for vegetarians/vegans. Fatima worked at a vegetarian restaurant in Belgium, and is now cooking amazing vegetarian dinners for guests. I spent a month in Tunisia, and this was the only place where I was able to appreciate the diversity of local cuisine as a vegetarian. Our stay was wonderful! And the location is perfect, from here you can visit the dessert, the salt flats and many canyons in a rental car, no need for 4x4 car and no need for expensive tours. The roads to most places have now been paved and unpaved roads are in good condition too. Thank you so much to Fatima for taking such good care of us from breakfast and dinners to extra blankets and helping us to get the best haircut!

They helped set up a place with great internet in the middle of the oasis and at midnight because I had a meeting that I couldn’t miss. Also, the quality of the breakfast was amazing: fresh and delicious. Wow for the date jellies offered for breakfast: chocolate , caramel, syrup. If we come back to Tozeur , will definitely stay in Villa Taouzert.

Dar Elhadir is probably the best dar I’ve stayed at in Tunisia. The staff were welcoming, the place was spotless and peaceful, and the food was absolutely delicious.

We can definitely recommend staying at Dar Dguech. The hosts were lovely people. They were very friendly and flexible. We initially booked one night but love it so much, that we decided to extend our stay. The villa is beautiful and cosy. It has a pool, fruit trees, washing machine, BBQ place, etc. The host even gave us a private tour of the date factory next door that they own! Location is safe, quiet and practical if you have your own car. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is a bit hard to find, a bigger sign wouldn't go amiss, but it is in a very interesting location, and the hotel itself is like something out of a fairy tale. It is a traditional architecture, so it might look strange to europeans, but it is well worth a visit. The air conditioning is on the upper level, so it isn't too efficient downstairs, but we were there during a very warm period, above 40 degrees outside, it might be more efficient on cooler days. The breakfast was good, and we could dip in the pool even at night, which was very welcome. The bathroom is great.

Friendly staff and good breakfast included.
