It is more than perfect. The building is new and unbelievably clean. Location is very close to kocatepe metro station and forum Istanbul and ikea. I recommend this place for people who are traveling with family specifically who have small kids.

The location, the cleaning, the staff and the fact that they are very well organised. The place is very close to tourist areas (right outside the building is the bus station), they offer covered and safe parking, they clean every day, the building is 24h open and guarded, the staff is very helpful and nice, always prompt on answering. Will recommend and come back again for sure.

NOA - Ali Hoca 6 nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Istanbul, có trung tâm thể dục, Wi-Fi miễn phí và khu vườn. Chỗ nghỉ nằm ở Beyoglu và có phòng xông hơi khô. Chỗ đậu xe riêng có sẵn trong khuôn viên. Excellent location. 10 minute walk from Eminonu pier, karakoy fish wrap bazar, and Galataport open-air mall. Well connected with trams, buses, and ferries. Very nice cafes and breakfast places nearby. Smyrna cafe is especially recommended. There is also a superstore nearby, right next to the Galata tower. Quiet street with loads of friendly cats laying around. Often see people sitting on the footpath petting cats. Modern looking apartment with absolutely everything needed inside, including washing machine with detergent, dish washer with capsules, iron & ironing stand, cutlery, pans, pots, french press, panini press, android TV, vacuum cleaner, safe, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze that often blows in the area. The apartment itself was spacious with a bedroom, a living room/kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom. The shower was separated by glass and the floor was shaped perfectly so all the water in the shower area seeped into the drain. The floors and walls had a sort of painted coating which gave it a very minimalist and clean look. The check-in process can be quite swift as it is possible to send documents beforehand via whatsApp. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 and I believe there is no room for adjustment, especially during peak season. However the staff allow baggage to be stored at the security office. All in all a great experience.

Nằm cách Nhà thờ Hồi giáo Blue Mosque 12 phút đi bộ và Nhà chứa nước cổ Basilica Cistern 1.1 km, Lily Mansion ở Istanbul cung cấp chỗ nghỉ có điều hòa, Wi-Fi miễn phí và nhìn ra khu vườn. Really great stay, host was very helpful. We arrived early, around 11, while the check in was at 14. We planned to just leave our stuff at the reception or something and go for a walk, but instead we ware able to check in early and even got coffee free of charge while we ware waiting for cleaning to finish. Btw - there is very nice caffe/breakfast bar at the ground level in the same building, we ate there every day, it’s very convenient. During one day of our stay there was no water in entire neighbourhood (in all restaurants in vicinity there ware no toilets available etc) and host provided us with water in 5L bottles as a substitute. Location is good, not to crowded, but still close to the touristic spots. For our next visit to Istambul we definitely will stay in the same place. One note - beds are super soft, my wife loved it, I prefer a bit harder mattresses, but that’s completely subjective. In general I highly recommend this place!
