This hotel is located in a quiet residential area about a ten minute walk from the main station, with a stunning view of the mountains from the front of the property (ask for a room with a balcony for the best views!). The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and although we didn't use the facilities, there was a warm and welcoming dining space downstairs. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed, using WhatsApp and Google Translate to communicate with us both before our arrival and during check-in - although we didn't expect this, it was hugely appreciated!

Also beautiful, very quiet beach nearby I would recommend to stop by. Owner doesn’t speak English but she is very friendly and manages very well with phone translator. She recommended us good food options in town. Our favourite was little pasta place just one block away from hotel. Do not miss it once there.

It is situated 1.4 km from Beibin Park Beach and features a lift. The homestay has family rooms. Perfect location for access to Hualien downtown. The proprietor was exceptionally helpful. I arrived for Chinese New Year, so the city was very crowded. By scooter, he personally scouted around the neighborhood for me to find car parking. The room itself was well kept and comfortable.
