The staff of the Chapter is remarkable. For a non mandarin speaker i got help in every little to big issue - regulations or just Uber eats thing, all with a big smile and kindness from the stuff. Every request about the room was immediately handled and solved. Even when i told them i need to last my staying they managed to fix all schedule to fit to me and my family. Just so happy that i have made this trip at the Chapter.

Breakfast includes 3 mini croissants and chocolate spread, with hot chocolate drink. 101% will stay if I return, and will recommend fellow backpacker friends to stay here too.
