Beautiful location Polite and efficient support staff Generous daily free drink!! An altogether paradise- like ambience Cozy feeling to the room Possibility of opening at least one window to air out the room would be a plus Need to de-clutter the room to make more space. Try less cushions. Two luggage racks—Excellent idea! Great Seating on the veranda -provides space outside the room Free parking is a real plus!

This adult-only, pet friendly, smoke-free property is located in the heart of Key West less than 1.6 km from the Southernmost Point. Very friendly staff and beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was very nice (normal plates and cutlery, not the plastic ones). Very well located. Some comments mentioned the roosters crowing close to the hotel- there are soo many roosters around Key West, if you stay downtown, that's just a thing you'll experience and is not related to this hotel ;) + we slept very well! Parking was ok. It's a 15min walk from the hotel and located in a parking garage. Dropped off our suitcases, all easy.

Located in the heart of historic Key West, guests will be 1 minutes’ walk from Duval Street. A heated pool, daily continental breakfast, and free WiFi are provided. Perfect location, but even more importantly, Heather and Kevin were dream hosts. The snacks, cocktails and customer service were outstanding. I would recommend Key West villas to everyone!

This historical Key West bed and breakfast is 1 mile from the Southernmost Point and 3 minute’s walk from iconic Duval Street. Breakfast was very nice and both days it was different, giving some good variety. Sitting outside on the patio was lovely and the staff was very friendly!

Location was great. The room fabulous. It would be nice if a mirror could be added. Beautiful garden terrace. Nice spa in the garden. Very friendly and helpful staff.
