On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. It was beautiful and secluded. When we first drove up we thought, holy crap are we going the right way. Down a one lane dirt road... but it was stunning. It was well stocked, beds were really comfortable and the living room was a dream. This place really is a dream. We spent a week and it really was fantastic for us. It was about at 20 minute drive to Nauvoo, which was beautiful. We saw deer, coyotes, a very chubby racoon and lots of beautiful sunsets.

Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. The Weiss Mansion was definitely the quirkiest and most unique stop on our journey. The hosts recreated the style and atmosphere of the early 20th-century mansion with special attention and love for detail. Breakfast was magnificent! They had a collection of DVDs to watch movies. So many amenities that made our stay very comfortable.
