I didn't have breakfast as I don't think breakfast was included. I did make myself a couple cups of tea in the kitchen/dining area. I think you could have used some of your own food in that facility. This is a wonderful place to stay. Most highly recommended. I would definitely try to book it if I were to visit New Orleans again. It is walkable from the train station although Google Maps does not provide the best route for getting there.

Rose Manor is a charming lakefront property located in New Orleans. Free WiFi access is available throughout the bed and breakfast. Our room was both spacious and comfortable, and suitable to New Orleans decor. The whole B&B was decorated to make a guest feel like they were at home! Peter and Ruby are gracious, knowledgeable, and wholly suited to the hospitality industry (I have worked in hospitality, and so I know what I like!) We would come back to this beautiful property in a minute, as it was perfectly situated to our needs for visiting New Orleans. Our breakfasts were excellent, nutritious, and there were always lots of snacks and delicious coffee available to us. We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing visit to NOLA.
