Warm and welcoming from the front door in.. we had a slight difficulty with an upstairs room because of husbands recent knee surgery.. our host was above and beyond kind.. sorted a fabulous downstairs suite for us.. would highly recommend The Martin to any traveller and we will definitely go back..Elizabeth

The nearby streets are lovely for a stroll and there were nice restaurants a stroll or short Uber ride away.

Free parking is available and continental breakfast is served daily. The metro station is less than a 5-minute walk. Above all I have to mention Steven's attitude and hospitality. Steven helped us planning our trip in Boston and out of it, and that was amazing for us. on top of that, the location of place is great, quite location but very close to the MBTA station and to a good variety of restaurants, pubs and grocery stores, as well as to a laundromat service. The room is clean and big, and you have a coffee/tea available as well as a fridge and microwave in case you need to warm up anything. For my next visit in Boston, this is a great place to stay!
