Mint House at 70 Pine offers accommodation in a historic landmark building in New York, 700 metres from Battery Park. Free WiFi access is offered. Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent customer service. After more than 24 hr flight we arrived and T accommodated early check in and made us feel so welcome. We even received breakfast vouchers. I would highly recommend to friends.

I was especially touched by the thoughtful handwritten note they left in my room—it was such a warm gesture. The building itself is stylish and full of that classic NYC charm. The breakfast restaurant had a beautifully designed interior, making every morning feel special. While the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, the staff were more than happy to carry my luggage, which made everything so much easier. When I arrived early, they kindly stored my bags and even sent me a text message as soon as my room was ready—such great service! The location is perfect for Broadway enthusiasts. It was so convenient to walk to the theaters and enjoy the musicals.

The owners (Rob and Anna) were super friendly, accommodating to our needs, and fun to chat with. If I could give a 10++ it would be the breakfast. They have chickens that produced fresh eggs and there was a fresh fruit and homemade bread market right across street that we got to enjoy every morning. The areas were very quiet aesthetically pleasing to the eye from location to parking, to living areas and bedroom. Access to the home and room were easy and without problems. Highly recommend a stay there if you enjoy peace, quiet and a great breakfast!
