We stayed here to celebrate our 3 year old son's birthday, so the kids place space was an unexpected pleasant bonus where my daughter and I were able to have a sensory-friendly birthday party for my child with Austim. We had pizza for dinner, played, and danced for a good 2 hours! Other guests who walked would join briefly and celebrate as well. We had a blast during our stay. I highly recommend for families.

Well-situated for exploring northern New Hampshire, beautiful home, spotlessly clean, plus everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable living room, and very comfortable beds. Our host was super-responsive, too. He answered our texted questions, usually within minutes. Could have used a few extra blankets (or just some warmer ones on the beds) but other than that, everything was terrific.
