Beautiful apartment in a secure new building. The apt is very spacious, clean, modern hobo decorated and had everything we needed, even extra towels and toilet paper. The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!

For us was like feeling at home. The room was clean and confortable, and the common area (toilette and kitchen/living) was clean and useful. The other guests were friendly and we didn't feel strange at any time. Also, the fridges (were full of food available to use, free of charge... I really thought that was super especial and very generous. Price is great for NY área, and with the metro It was around 20 min to be in Manhattan.

Neighborhood is safe, you can feel the flavor of daily living in Brooklyn. The apartment is really nice with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom and the kitchen. We slept in the bedroom, while our teenage kids occupied the living room. WiFi is ok, although we used paid eSims during our stay in NYC. We used the opportunity to store our luggage on the last day in the closet outside. Thank you!
