What a great place! An historic house beautifully restored & adapted for it's current use. The people running it could not have been nicer, they made sure every detail of the room, breakfast etc were perfect. The room was spotless & furnished with great taste, fitting in completely with the age of the building. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Main Street. Having stayed in literally hundreds if not thousands of places over many years, this is one of only a handful that stand out & that one always remember. Definitely a 'go to' place in Heber City.

Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I never usually get around to leaving a review, but Peggy went above and beyond! Was a beautiful property and the breakfasts were amazing. Mulberry Inn was a really special place on our wedding trip.

The hosts are really nice, the house has a history which I liked. It was really clean and very couy. Despite the fact that there is no AC, it was really refreshing in the apartment.
