The room was clean, with a bathroom that even had a separate shower. That's quite rare, and it was nice not to have to stand in the bathroom with wet feet the whole time. The fruit from the garden is freely available and is even marked with a red ribbon when it's ripe. You're constantly offered fresh fruit. The food on offer is varied, and everything we ate was delicious. If you want, you don't have to leave the accommodation at all. There's a free breakfast every day, consisting of two fried eggs, a baguette, and a coffee, tea, or fruit juice. Except for the occasional karaoke performance from the neighbors, it's a very quiet place where you can truly relax. The accommodation has direct access to the river and plenty of seating. We were able to work wonderfully here, as the Wi-Fi was also very good, and if you want, you can sit by the river for hours and unwind. We felt very comfortable and welcome here. If we return to the Mekong Delta, we will stay here again.

He was very welcoming and accommodating to my last minute booking and was able to pick me up within a couple of hours. His English was great and it was a pleasure learning from him on Vietnam and his village. Wifi was great, place was clean and food at cafe tasty with a home cooked vibe.

Located in a fantastic place, in the middle of very calm area of Mekong Delta, full of palms, canals, small plots with lovely houses. The people living there are very friendly, everybody say hello, smile, happy. Homestay staff is very nice as well, young guy, Kha is extremely helpful gentleman, thanks! He arranged smoothly everything we wanted, Mekong tours, bicycle, scooter, taxi, bus to Saigon, etc. Food for breakfast and dinner were excellent at reasonable prices. We looked around the area, but to tell the truth, it was the best choosen related to accomodation in this area. For staying more days I suggest Phuc Sinh Homestay very much.

The host, the location, the experience is fantastic. Do not book a boat tour in advance with someone else. Take the 5 hour boat tour with the host, it was one of our best experiences in Vietnam. The bikes are in very good shape, and the biking on quiet roads/paths was loverly. Great coffee shop, on the river, is only a short bike ride away. After busy days, the pool was clean and inviting. We ate all our meals at the homestay. Breakfast is included; lunch, snacks, and dinner are delicious and reasonably priced.
