The property is secluded and quiet. The gardens are lovely. I enjoyed the pool and the on-site restaurant! Staff were so helpful - booked floating market tour with them. Also, they helped me with arranging the bus to HCMC.

Wonderful shower, fridge, kettle, comfy bed, 4 pillows , lots of storage and a washing machine! Very secure building. Great location with a surprise water feature at the end of the street. Close to some great restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the Night Market , street food area, and waterfront, about 25 minutes to “Lovers Bridge” get there before 10:00 p.m. /22 as the lights are shut down. Someone was always available via What’s Up for any inquiries we had.

I felt really great here. The property is on a channel in a quiet village. It is really wild and calm here. The territory is well maintained and beautiful, i appreciate the enormous amount of work they’re doing here. There is a pond with water lilies by the restaurant, it made my mornings. The place is off the road, so as you arrive by taxi, they send a buggy to pick you up, and you ride by a narrow road by the channel. The staff is smart and very helpful, 5*, they welcomed me with cold tea and fruits, it was touching. Each bungalow has a sitting area, surrounded by greenery. The room is spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable i slept like a baby. The pool is not very big, but clean and has a lot of sun-beds around. They also have free bicycles and free filtered water.

Human (owner) is super nice person, offers dinner with his family and many other activities. We biked together to the floating market and he was our guide (rent private boat for us, we had great breakfast on the boat, visited local noodle factory and many many more amazing places). So this was truly and spectacular experience!!!

We had a spectacular view. Also the activity floating market was top! Resto simple but good, gotta try the fish! One of the more spacious rooms we had on our three week trip.

This is such a lovely stay in the Mekong Delta! Martin has created a wonderful oasis. If you want to experience a slice of real, rural life in the delta, then Martin's place is for you. He's clearly put a lot of thought into the rooms and making them both attractive and comfortable. He has bikes you can use for free to cycle around the village, which is a lovely way to experience the area. I also highly recommend doing his boat tour! It's a bit more expensive than the other touristic boat tours in the area, but in my opinion totally worth it. You'll see much more than with the typical tourist boats (but you'll still see the same things they see too, so you aren't missing anything), and have a much more local and enjoyable experience. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I also recommend doing the full board option and eating all your meals at Martin's, as there aren't any other restaurants nearby and also Mimi is a wonderful cook. You won't go hungry! She always prepares a feast! I'm grateful to Martin for his hospitality and whole heartedly recommend staying here to enjoy life on the Mekong delta.

Staying with Bosa and his family has been the highlight of our Vietnam trip. They made us feel very welcome and gave us a good insight into real Vietnamese life - not the tourist version. The house is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the river was very relaxing. It was a great contrast from Ho Chi Minh City, our previous destination. Bosa was our guide for a day doing floating markets, markets and city. It was great to be with a local host as it didn’t feel touristy. Phoenix’s home cooked meals were amazing - the best food in Vietnam. Definitely a highlight.

We stayed here with our 3 year old son and it was amazing. We spent a month in Vietnam and this was our highlight. Everything was arranged for us, car pick up from the ferry, dinners, boat tours and it was made simple with one bill at the end. The accommodation was great with comfortable beds. Dinner was prepared onsite and eating as a group was fun. The swimming pool was refreshing and very clean. We borrowed their bicycles and cycled around the villages. Absolutely amazing. Honestly if you're considering to stay here do not hesitate.

This was an amazing stay. Perfect for a little quiet away from the busy cities. They offer a great floating market tour and the home cooked meals were absolutely delicious.
