Our time at Napoli Hostel was fantastic. It is located at a very convenient location which while being close to the main restaurants and shops is still quiet. Breakfast is yummy and there are several options to choose from. Gem (hostel owner) is beyond amazing. She helped us to organise our transport from Ninh Binh, our boat tour on Cat Bah and the return to Hanoi on a super tight schedule and at a really fair price. Her communication is fantastic and she is always available on WhatsApp. She even called us to ensure that we were in the bus heading to Hanoi after our boat tour, which was really appreciated. Thanks so much Gem for all your help and for making our time in Cat Ba so remarkable!

More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!

Food was incredible! The best I had so far! The surroundings are beautiful and calm. The bay is a wonderful escape and a special getaway! Its a whole experience and I had the best time here :)

The owner was so friendly and helped us book an amazing day tour of Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay as well as a taxi for the national park and our bus to our next stop after Cat Ba. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options. We really enjoyed our stay here and there were even hot foot baths every night which were a great way to end the day!
