From our hotel pickup to checking in, everything was smooth & hassle-free, which we greatly appreciate. Our shared shuttle bus was very clean and comfy; transfer boat to the cruise was also pretty decent. Bin & the rest of the crew were all very friendly & attentive, always checking in with us throughout our stay. The food was incredible! From breakfast buffet (I would say, they offered a good selection), to lunch arrangements during excursions & fine dining dinner (absolutely delicious, credits to the chefs who did an amazing job), everything was perfect. The service crews were all very friendly and pleasant to chat with. They also constantly double checked with me about my allergies with peanuts. There were a good selection of activities and excursions for 3 days 2 nights; we were able to enjoy activities like kayaking, village tour, etc but at the same time, still able to chill and relax on board. Wished we could stay longer!

More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. Tran Chau Garden Home is such a lovely place to stay, and we cant recommend it enough. The rooms are simple and nothing luxurious, but you will get world class service from this lovely family. The food is excellent, yet prices very low. They even serve you a herbal foot bath in the evening - included in this extremely fair price. They helped us book our cruise in the bay which we loved, and also transport from and to Hanoi. Everything was very professional and personal! We would definately stay here again.
