The host was super nice and very helpful, recommended us some great places to eat, on arrival he offered us some homemade cookies and water helping us with our bags to the room, he was very quick and responsive whenever we needed any help or questions. The location was literally perfect, you walk down the stairs and walk out onto the busy street where your in the heart of the tourist area with lots of great restaurants and cafes and a very convenient 7Eleven right across the street. The property is very close to all the main attractions and we found it really easy to walk to all of them. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room but that’s just my opinion. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this property!!!!!!

The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 1.2 km from Ha Noi Railway station. The homestay features family rooms. Loved my stay here. Rooms are basic but have everything you need, it was a really good size and the bed was super comfy. Everything was clean and the aircon worked really well. The shared bathroom was only shared between two rooms and was clean with good toiletries. The owner was super helpful and waited for me to arrive on a last minute booking. The location is also great, just behind train street, with a big convenience store just across the street and lots of other useful shops/restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended and wish I'd stayed here rather than the more expensive but rubbish hotel I used on my previous stay.

The aircon are both working fine and cold enough. I am happy staying in rooms 702 and 502. Ms. Van helped me to rent a motorcycle at an offer price, appreciated.

The place is huge, comfortable, very clean and quiet. The apartment is lovely and set in a cute residential area tucked away from the noisy streets of Hanoi. There is everything you could need. The hosts were all very friendly and helpful. It's a short walk to the old quarter and Westlake. There is loads of good street food around.
