We really appreciated their kindness and assistance during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent customer service.

They not only welcomed us on the street and helped us unload our bags from the motorcycle but would not let us carry out bags ourselves... You very rarely see such hospitality these days! Without us asking they put a sturdy lock on our bike🔒 and have us the 🗝️ ❤️ We took advantage of the really competitively priced express laundry service offered at the property. We were supposed to stay for 1 night and ended up spending 4 nights @ this amazingly cozy little gem in the heart of Hanoi! Thank you for everything!

It's a great homestay in a tiny village very close to the airport, I think it's a much better alternative to those hotels and hostels located in the area. It takes about 10 mins on a bike or a taxi to get to the airport, so it's convenient to have a good night sleep before or between flights. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with, also he speaks English The room was clean, although not like 10/10 clean as other comments suggested, at least for me, but it was fine. The area around the village is very quiet and beautiful, it's great to have a walk between the rice fields, see the buffalos and there are a few temples too. The whole house is very modern and spacious, it's just really nice I think is shouldn't be hard to find a taxi to the airport, but if you want to have a grab bike (much cheaper), you need to be lucky, since there are not many drivers around. If you're short on time, you should ask the host to call you a taxi.
